Who am I ?
Have you ever found yourself gazing into a mirror, questioning the depths of your identity? We all go through phases of self-reflection, attempting to unravel the intricacies of our being.
Growing up in the nurturing embrace of a family of educators, where words and knowledge danced freely, I was surrounded by the magic of literature and the wonders of biology. My introverted nature seemed to be woven into the very fabric of my being, shaping my early years and following me into high school. While some might view shyness as a weakness, it also forged resilience and empathy within me. As years passed, I've taken the path of becoming an engineer. The intricacies of my work allowed me to immerse myself in a world of logic, precision, and problem-solving. At the same time I learned to embrace the strengths that lie within my introverted nature, and become an excellent listener, capable of understanding the unspoken words hidden behind people's stories.
I arrived to understand that true authenticity lies not in conforming to societal expectations but in embracing my own unique qualities. Through self-reflection, therapy, and supportive relationships, I have discovered the power of self-compassion and the freedom that comes with accepting oneself unconditionally.
